1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Sunny Garden via our website, over the phone, or in person at our premises.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to amend these at any time via the Official Business Website.
2. Orders and Contract
2.1 Online Orders: Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send a confirmation or begin preparing your food.
2.2 Phone/In-Person Orders: The contract is formed once payment is processed or, for "cash on delivery," once the order is verbally confirmed by our staff.
3. Food Safety & Allergens
3.1 Allergy Warning: Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, soy, sesame, and shellfish.
3.2 Customer Duty: If you have a severe allergy, you must call us directly before ordering. Do not rely solely on "order notes" for online orders, as these may be missed during peak times.
3.3 Detailed allergen information is available upon request at the counter or over the phone.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices include VAT and are subject to change.
4.2 Delivery Charges: A delivery fee may apply based on your distance from the shop. This will be confirmed at checkout or during your call.

5. Delivery and Collection
5.1 Timing: All delivery/collection times provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or high order volumes.
5.2 Delivery Failure: If you are not present at the delivery address at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge the full amount. We will not leave food unattended unless specifically instructed (at your own risk).
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Cancellations: Because food is prepared to order and perishable, you cannot cancel an order once cooking has commenced.
6.2 Refunds: If there is a problem with your order (e.g., missing items or incorrect preparation), please contact us within 1 hour of receipt. We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. Proof (such as returning the incorrect item) may be required.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We are not liable for any indirect losses or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather).
7.2 Our total liability for any order is limited to the
total price paid for that order.
